A4 - Interceptor 400 - What pinion should the motor use as standard ?

If you are using the standard Acer Lab motor, then you can use a pinion with between 11 and 14 teeth, depending on how high a head speed you prefer.

The more teeth on the pinion, the higher head speed you will get. The Int 400 likes a head speed of around 2250 rpm, so if you have a rpm meter try to get it to that speed  just before take off.
