Helicopters are complex pieces of engineering, and working on them requires skills and expertise to get them to fly correctly.  However, due to that very complexity, it is never possible to absolutely guarantee that any work performed on them will always result in a perfectly flying helicopter.

I cannot and do not provide any warranty other than that the work I say I have done has in fact been carried out conscientiously and with the relevant expertise.

I usually test fly your helicopters after repairs or setup wherever possible, but please note that any flying carried out is AT THE OWNERS ENTIRE RISK,  irrespective of what may occur during that/those flights. Although most unlikely, if an accident does occur you will be responsible for the costs of repairing such damage.

Once the helicopter leaves my control and possession I am not responsible for it in any way, shape of form.

No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

If I provide you with an estimate, it is exactly that, AN ESTIMATE, and cannot be construed as a precise end cost in any way.  It is very often the case that I am simply asked to "get it flying properly again". I undertake that but any estimate I give will always be under the general terms of the best possible scenario.  If more work is required I will usually go ahead and do that work, providing it does not escalate the cost by too large a margin compared to the value of the helicopter.

When asked to perform a certain task, I will do so, but that does not necessarily include checking everything or indeed anything else on the helicopter unless expressly asked to do so.  Therefore you cannot expect your helicopter to be in 100% as new condition when  you receive it back, unless of course, you have asked me to do exactly that.

I do not investigate the insides of any radio components, including the older 35 MHz receivers and their crystals, and any problems encountered due to problems in those areas are not included in my services

If for whatever reason(s) your helicopter and or equipment is not collected and paid for in full within 3 months of my notifying you by last know good communications channel (phone/email/text/etc) the I reserve the absolute right to sell all of your equipment without further notice to recover my costs.  You have no appeal against this process once started.

Finally, I will always do my absolute best to return your helicopter in the best possible condition wherever possible, but sometimes that is simply not a viable option, despite me spending time and effort on it.  That time and effort is still chargeable.
